The best would be to change your FW to Urukdroid 1.6.
1. >50% of speed increase
2. 1GB free memory for the programs
3. Dual boot (if needed, you can boot back to the official FW)
4. Choice to hide right buttons

Forget about Flash players on devices running Android below 2.2, they are not designed for this.

If it is in other directory (Downloads) it will not install, you should move it up.
