Have you tried the recovery mode by holding the+volume and power button for ten seconds? Otherwise try the reset button slight right of the usb .

Luckily there is a shop in the Portland airport that sells the latest version of the tablet. I have also made sure the sku wAs correct and that the box labeled as, ICS upgradeable. The sales guy was also nice enough to open the box to make sure the tablet had a 4460 chip inside via settings menu. :D...

So far I am on the stock browser but I have tried dolphin on my cellphone and it is one of the better browsers that I like. Soon I will try it on my tablet to see if it any better... but so far the stock is pretty good.
