I have experienced the above problem. It never works and pop up an error message. There is no problem in A5IT. Did any one encounter the problem? [Latest firmware installed]

AC3, VOB...etc are not free plug-in. The free plug-in as stated in the webpage should be Podcast.

Any one have a clue to handle this issue and not sure if other users also experienced it. Thanks.

p.s. - I've sent the case to Archos tech. support and waiting for their feedback.

I also encountered the same "error" problems while conducting the online registration. I have followed Harfainx's instruction to download the .aos file and the .exe[windows] file to my PC. Putting the .aos file [only 1.75KB] at root of Archos did bring up some message of firmware update after unplug...

Known problem but unresolved. You may search relevant topics in this forum. Try other email client such as K9 mail.

The Gen 8 devices had been introduced in Hong Kong last week. The HK agent highlighted that the devices will be installed with Market. They even showed the devives with Market┬┤s screen. I am really surprised with it and not sure if it is formally approved by Archos to install the hack (?) in public...

Installed the Bookmark B&R and it works fine. It helps to reposition the bookmarks but without any folders created. Hope the developer could improve it.

It is a great browser but it would be even better if bookmarkscould be organised.

I didn't write to Archos support about this problem but others. Their automatic replay saying that they will response within two days. 24/11 plus two days should be 26/11 BUT no response by now. A bit disappointed. Being good customer services, they should write something that couldn't help to resol...

I got the same problems. You can't remove the emails from your trash bin no matter how many times you press the "delete" button. Could anyone know the trick?

The AppsLib is not working well in last few days after the update. It always appears a network error message and asking you to clear the cache. Not sure if the Archos engineers are aware of it and working on it.

It is disappointed that the A5IT can't play Youtube movie shortly after the upgrade of firmware 1.3. Hope the engineers could release timely update for all the bit and pieces very soon.
