Archos support does not reply to email.
I sent them email about 20 times with no reply.
I thus contacted sales and they replied.
The best way is to call them.

I just sent mine in last week.
I hope I get a new one.
I checked the tracking and they received it on Thursday but it still does not show up in their system.
