I have ordered a replacement HDD and will initially fit that as a direct 1 for 1 replacement before moving on to a SSD.

Whilst I can't help you with the codes as I don't use the remote for recording, I do record from my Sky+ box.

I have the scartleads plugged through in the normal manner then select record on the AV500, ensuring the prerecorded programme is ready to play or the realtime one is about ...
