I've had this problem, and I thought that all the connections were properly inserted, but when I double checked, I found one wasn't.

I've downloaded the portable version. It's .wmv file and when I try to play it, I get a 'no license found for this file'. Do I need to buy a license? I went to the Archos site and I couldn't see a plug in for .wmv files.
