I had the same problem with my archos 604 as well about a month ago. The funny thing is prior to that time I had no trouble connecting to my WEP enabled network. I also tried resetting my Westell router to no availe. The way I got around it though was I disabled the WEP and enabled MAC address ...

I hope archos isn't starting the apple ipod trend. As soon as customers become comfortable with the new release. They throw something bright and shiny in your face, and tell you its newer and more advanced. I'm a big fan of Archos and all there products. So them adopting these buisness practices ...
