For all of those of you that have seen a video on Youtube, Google video, break.com etc this web site allows you to download it. Simply copy the url into the text box and click download.

For those who get tired of copy and paste...here's what I use, a very nice firefox plugin: http://javimoya.com/blog/youtube_en.php

It's about the same, but without having to enter that site all the time.

That is to be used on your computer not your 604 wifi. Even if there was a version for opera i still would not work because it downloads in .flv So that means you still have to use a converter to change it to something the 604 will recognize

Oh right sorry, I thought Black Magic was saying we could use that site to get the .avi, like it decompiled the flash and gave the destination for the .avi in some speciual coding or something, so we could get it right onto the 604 wifi.

Thanks for clearing that up goped118

Getting the avi works with google video only at the moment...

Check here as well: http://forum.archosfans.com/viewtopic.p ... ght=google

No the link posted at the top of this forum allows you to download in a multitude of formats. Depending on the source different formats can be obtained. For example Goggle Video gives you the choice of .avi, .flv or .mp4.

Here is an example:
Original vid = http://video.google.co.uk/videoplay?doc ... +episode+1

Paste this into the text box on keep vid and then you get three dowload choices.

NB. These are the funniest things ever - there are 13 other episodes.
Hope this helps clear things up.

LOL, now I was talking about getting movies on the 604 wifi directly... without conversion...that works at google video only - straight avi download onto the604 wifi :-)

I know, keepvid offers 3 possibilities - so does the Videodownloader-Plugin for firefox, as that's actually the same thing.
