I have tried sending them messages via the web page and when doing this they say the wil get back to me within two days.
It's now two weeks later...

Ive sent them reminders over and over but still no replay.
I think Archos is treating me, as a customer, REALLY bad!!!

I would say you haven't got a chance. I have been writing to the CEO, CFO/COO, Marketing Manager and RMA dept for the last little while ..... 25 emails in all....and not a single one replied to.

You can call Archos directly...

The phone number for the Canada is 1-877 300 8879, it's free.

Thanks for the phone link! They actually got a number here in Sweden.
Will try to call them tomorrow and see of they actually know anything about the devices or just sell them... :)

Good luck .... the number they give in the UK takes you to a call centre and they try hard but don't get any real info from Archos in France .... that's part of the reason why so many people have a downer on the Archos Customer Support approach.

Suggestion

Please post all the phone numbers, e-mail addresses etc. that each of you know for your repective countries for Customer Support and Technical Support into this thread. Once it's together I (or one of us Mods) will edit it and make it a Sticky.

I would welcome BRIEF comments on any routes that seem to work well in certain countries but my aim is not to turn this thread into a long one complaining about Archos support - we have enough of those already!!! (with a few exceptions.) Let's try and keep this thread highly useful and informative.

I have called up archos support 2 to 3 times, i have gotten then online with a max of 5 mins wait. the trick is that I used to call up early in the morning exactly when they open for the day. I think you should try it

I tried to use the email link they provided on one page and got the Auto response ( at the Bottom of this Post) from them. But following the link gave me a Page Not Found, so I hunted one down and found this one.

I phoned the UK help desk today to try and get my Cinema plugin transferred from my faulty 605 to my replacement. I was directed to a online form and will no doubt wait from now till eternity for them to ever action the transfer. I had hoped they could deal with this over the phone.
