I've just bought a second Archos 5 second hand and need the previous owner to deregister it so that I can register it. Does anyone have the telephone number to contact Archos to sort this?

You should also try to contact the previous owner. That may be an easier path to take than Archos. Archos must guard against stolen units being reregistered so they may not do that for you. Try both options and let us know if you are successful. Good luck.

Yes, this is why I need a contact number so that I can give it to the previous owner in order that he can deregister it, unless of course their is another way that he can do it?

He can go to the website and log into his account and delete the unit that way.

I thought that should be possible but on looking at my own account I cannot see a way of removing a product, only adding one. I would appreciate any guidance on how to remove a product so that I may pass this on.
