It cant be registered! Both with the device and with my computer I get the error "Please check your product key."

With the computer there is insufficient room to put the "-" charictors in the product key field.

Also, i cant get contact info for tech support with out a registered device. :(

Enter the number without the "-" then it fits in :)

I am in need of the email as well due to the fact that i have problems registering my device as well - so if you get it - please send it to me as well ;)
