Hi Everyone

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

Purchase an Archos 97 XS mid last year. In the early stages of this year it developed a fault and the screen kept flicking about, randomly opening apps etc... Logged a ticket with Archos who gave me an RMA form so I sent it in.

This was on the 17th Feb and I still have not had it back.

Have emailed new tickets in and get a standard response of

We are awaiting for stock on this reference, we make the maximum to make the swap as soon as possible.

I'm UK based and starting to fear I have lost this forever. Is Archos support usually this poor? I don't suppose anyone has any other methods of contacting a UK based customer service team do they. I found a number but it is constantly busy.
