Archos having problems with the gamepad?

Well, gamepad was sold out in just a few hours and Archos said that on 18 december they will have more, on 18th they changed the date to 19th and yesterday they moved it to second part of January.

Could it be beacuse they have hardare problems they need to fix? I have just seen this videos. If its a software problem an OS upgrade will be enough, but if it's´a hardware problem is archos fixing it? Here you have the videos:

I received mine today. I ordered when it was showing shipment on 18th Dec. The only delay was because they asked whether I was happy to receive it with a two pin plug rather than the uk 3 pin. I said that was OK as I have plenty power cords with my nexus or smart phone. They reckoned a few days delay if I wanted to wait for the 3 pin plug.
I actually agreed this with them yesterday lunchtime and it arrived by lunchtime today so quick delivery.
So far very impressed with it and buttons seem to work fine.

I got my confirmation mail from archos yesterday. Unfortunately without a fedex tracking number, very annoying.

Without a tracking number I have no idea if it will arrive today or if I have to wait until next thursday (FedEX are closed over the christmas in sweden).
