Faulty micro USB charger socket.
Have contacted Computeractive magazine hoping they will publish my experience with Archos support.
Why did they instruct me to return it to them when they had no intention of doing anything? My original query was to ask about availability and price for part.
Why did they repeatedly send me e-mails about documentation without saying what they were talking about then ignoring my replies?
Why did they threaten to "dispose" of it when it belongs to me?
Why did I have to threaten legal action to get them to return it to me?
Why do local repair shops not even consider trying to repair this?
Why do they not have a UK address?
