Hi. I have the same problem. My device doesn't turn on.
I would like to contact Archos customer service for warranty. When they ask to register my tablet I can't, because I don't know it's product key. It can be read out from the menu, but in my case it's not an option.
Do you have any ideas?
Product key should also appear underneath the stand/leg
Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately the product key is written only in the menu of the device.
Finally I found the link to register it without the product key. The serial number is different from the product key.
