Hi all. I have a 101 G9 (well I have 3 LOL) I have a particular issue with one that wont turn on. When the usb charger is plugged in i get a green led lighting up for about 5 minutes then it just goes out. I am not able to boot the machine at all or enter the recovery mode. Is the any precedent of tis appening and what was the solution if any. Regards.

I have two that the batteries have expired on that give the same indications.
New batteries can be acquired at the following location:

Hi. I have the same problem. My device doesn't turn on.
I would like to contact Archos customer service for warranty. When they ask to register my tablet I can't, because I don't know it's product key. It can be read out from the menu, but in my case it's not an option.
Do you have any ideas?

Product key should also appear underneath the stand/leg

Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately the product key is written only in the menu of the device.
Finally I found the link to register it without the product key. The serial number is different from the product key.
