What about this 12" Archos tablet?

*For best viewing experience, don't look at it on a very good screen(just like the Archos website) The bezel should be dark grey/brown/black. :P
Yes, the bezel itself is small. However, at such size people will not hold it all the time, so the legstand is a must. Also,as an accessory Archos could sell LAN Stick, or a stick with a pico projector(see the image below):

In Windows 8(at least in the desktop version) you can choose to use the "normal" interface...
