Running 7htv2_froyo.18 14 December 2011 and since latest kindle update 3.4.1.1 it now fails to load.
It shows a screen with kindle writing in the middle then just resets.

Ive tried putting it back to standard rom, that didnt help so gone back to custom guessing google broke the kindle app ?

Anyone else having issues or got a suggestion ?

I have no expertise with kindle so my answer is only pure theory: Try http://www.freewarelovers.com/android/a ... e#download
Ununstall your current version and install one of versions from that website.

had the same problem would reach a blue screen saying kindle but not the child reading under the tree. so I reinstalled an older version I had saved before. This worked fine for me just make sure auto update is turned off in market for the app. Then just ignore update requests. Fred

Same experiencne for me. Resolved as above. Make sure you uncheck auto-update otherwise you get your issue back.
