Have loaded upa few films on my SD Card and whenever I try to watch them it seems to take forever to open any of teh films and then goes back to desktop.

Have tried to run the film from the files menu but this is a bit hit and miss.

Any ideas for a better Video Player other than the one that came with the tablet, or cleaning up running apps that could help

A very frustrating experience so far

Thanks
Kwack

As most of us have no problem with viewing video ( except the known codec restrictions ) the question
is what type of videos are this?

What format does the sd card have?

You need to tell us what kind of file formats you are trying to watch... I have had no problems with most files off BT... and these include mpeg, avi, mkv, wmv, mov, etc... it even plays back movies made by my little digital cameras (I have a few different ones) perfectly... and up to 720p resolution...

Agreed that we need more information. You could also give RockPlayer a shot, it's never failed me: https://market.android.com/details?id=c ... lite&hl=en
