I bought their "keyboard-less" case (figuring that I already have a laptop
). After arrival, I found out that the fit was horrendous, obscuring (an admittedly small) part of the screen and part of the camera and (useless) light sensor.
I mailed NewMP3 about it and they simply sent me a new case without charge or further questions asked. Mind you, the new case fit only marginally better, but I'm hoping the problem was with my device, rather than with their case, as other people reported perfect fits.
My 101 broke down since and is in RMA with the seller. If they replace it, I can report on the case's fit in a new tablet.
My conclusion? NewMP3 has good ethics but -- possibly -- poor products... As usual: caveat emptor
