It kind of is pretty awsome, just as the ZTE Blade/Orange San Francisco. But that's a phone.

I noticed that it doesn't mention anything about internal storage size. Also no note about what processor or video card are powering this thing. No HD support (as far as I can tell anyway). All the spec sheets say that it comes with Android 2.1 (Eclair), not Android 2.2 (FroYo). Looks like standard SD-card as well, not micro-SD, so be aware of that.

For the cost of an Archos 70, and all the differences between the two... I would just suggest the A70 over this guy. Yes it has GPS and alleged "Native Android Market Support", but the market hack is easy, and GPS doesn't really change the game that much for a 7" device (maybe it does for you, but doesn't do anything for me).

Oh, and btw... The A70 250GB model is $350, but the ZTE doesn't offer internal storage of any kind. So if you were comparing prices on these, you would be better off comparing the A70 8GB model, which is only $275, and gives you 8GB more storage than the ZTE. Comparing a 250GB model device, to a device with no internal storage really isn't fair to either of them.

The previous ZTE tablet uses a ARM11-based CPU clocked at 1GHz. This is likely to use the same.

It's horrendously overpriced for a crappy 7" w/ 3G. The previous ZTE 10" was under well $200. That was two months ago (Slatedroiders will remember the "fake Cortex A8" fiasco). Now, you can probably find one for around $150. Yes, build quality sucked, FW sucked, yada yada.

What's more amusing is that this thing is being hawked from a classified ad. Yah right. May be they sell Rolex watches for cheap, too??

Do not ever buy a resistive touch screen. You will regret it. I have used a Chinese tablet with resistive screen and believe me when I say that I used it for only 3 Days !!! Resistive may cause heart attack !!! I bought it from HongKong and it was one of my worst decisions.

Do not search for another tablet. You will end up visiting Archos website again. Value for money Archos will always win. The only question that should be raised is which Archos is best suiting my needs. :D

Unfortunately nobody knows what the CPU on this guy is. They haven't released that information as of yet (as far as I can tell anyway, from when I was searching before). I wouldn't imagine anything spectacular though.

My guess is that this is the ARM11 Qualcomm MSM7227, same processor as in the 7" Foxconn tablet (also known as Viewpad 7).

Oops, I think I've mistaken this ZTE wotzit for the ZT (Zenithink). Still, specs says "generic Chinpad". And anyone who gives his money to some dude in China via a classified deserve what he gets. Anyway, this looks like spam to me. Probably same dude who posted the classified.
