Im trying to find a solution for a couple of days now, but I can't find it. After I rotate the screen 90 degrees (portrait), my optical mouse doesnt work properly anymore. Right becomes up, left - down, up becomes left and up - right. It's very annoying to work with .. Ive read somewhere that support rotation (in egalaxtouch) has to be turned on but in my case the problem remains.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

How are you rotating it?

I rotate using CTRL, ALT, Left arrow all the time and everything works OK.

Via desktop - graphic options - rotation - 90 degrees

Ive just tried your way, but unfortunately the mouse still doesnt function normally.

Thanks for the effort.

Baasje thank you for answering. Unfortunately adjusting the resolution didnt help either.

Ive searched the net and Ive found the (almost) perfect solution!

Screenmouserotate is a tool that rotates your screen and automatically your mouse pointer also. However, there is one little problem. I have no idea how to create a shortcut for this (dont know to much about computers). A keyboard shortcut or a (permanent) icon in the systemtray would be perfect. Any idea how to do this ?

Screenmouserotate can be downloaded here :

Right click icon and drag to desktop for desktop shortcut.
