Is there any way to get this functionality on the Archos 9 tablet?

Probably not because the A9 has a resistive touch screen not a capacitive or multi touch.

What do you mean by "Finger flick scrolling" ??

It is available, unless we're talking about different things !!

Is your Archos 9 set up as a tablet PC ?? Check in Control Panel->System and see if it says "Pen and Touch: Single Touch Input Available".

If not, you may need to install the latest eGalaxTouch drivers.

Have a read of "The Ultimate Guide for enabling the Windows 7 advanced touch".

If you're using Firefox, you can also install the "Grab and Drag" add-on.

I have the flick navigation "setup" on my A9, but it hasn't worked too well, but I could just not have taken the time to set it up correctly.

I was more so talking about Ipad like scrolling. Where you "flick" through things, instead of using scroll bars

I have just made the right scrollbar wider (25) in Accesibility Center. Try it, it does wonders without extra applications.

Hi,

You can try "strokeIt", a gesture recognition program. You can customize gesture for each program and link them to keyboard shortcuts.

Bye
