I was checking randomly if there was a product page for the U.S. plugins by changing the product id in the web address and I came across it.

yes...not sure if you needed to make a whole thread on the subject as this is a repeat post from an earlier thread.

I tried to purchase from that link and the plugin will not download to my device, just like when I purchased the gen 5 plugin accidentally. Has anyone had any success getting this on there device from that link. I spent about 35 minutes on hold today with archos trying to get a refund for the gen 5 plugins I purchased before hanging up. I called back later and finally got ahold of some one who refunded me for the wrong plugin. Unfortunately, I may have to do the same for this one. If anyone has any tips to get this to work, I would apperciate it.

While I like the archos 5 I feel a little ripped off. There customer support is not very good. The webpage and item descriptions are miss leading and I'm assuming by my wait time that others are having similar issues. I also purchased a car charger from the site not realizing that I will also need the expansion battery dock (rip off). I wish they just charged me an extra $100 and included this stuff with the device. They should have at least put a wall charger in the original packaging. I've also had some trouble with the web browser locking up and losing all wifi signals forcing a restart of the device. One of the main reasons I purchased the archos was to put my stored video media on the device and I can't even do that. Don't know if anyone else is having similar problems or knows of any solutions.
