recently i have send a tablet to repair while it was in warranty period
the couldnt repair it so they send a supposed better tablet but it isnt.
i send to repair platinum 97 and they return to me platinum 101 ... bigger but worse, less memory and worse screen.
i told that to the support and they offered me the 101 xs2 ... as i have told them that is very bad as i am loosing screeing quality in order not to loose quality and only gain i told them to give me the oxygen one, but they told me it is a new product and they couldnt. so if i dont want to looose money i have to accept 101 xs2 ....
just to say here that the support is very bad. they change the model is ok, but not to a better one. they say in terms and conditions the product will have similar charecteristics, and a resolution of 1200*800 is not similar in any form to 2048 x 1536
so i am very angry becuase of that
