first contact through web site: July 9 : no answerd.
phone contact on july 11: was fine as I receive an rma.
send tablet to archos on july 12:
tablet receive by archos on july 14
archos send back a tablet on july 20.
receive the tablet on july 24.

unfortunately the new tablet was defect.

new contact with archos on july 26.
receive ups label for return on august 10.

send back the tablet to archos on august 11.
tablet receive by archos on august 17.

since this date no new from archos.

nearly 2 month now since the first contact: what a customer service !!!!

You're complaining about nearly two months from the first contact... but in reality the only thing that matters right now is the time since you sent it in this time. They got your first tablet and returned you a new one within 13 days, which is a quick turn-around for ANY company that issues an RMA with replacement (they only had the tablet for 6 DAYS, not even a week). So you really shouldn't be holding that against them.

This time they have had it for 11 days, which is a little bit longer, but most companies give a turn-around time of approximately three weeks before they ship a new device out to you, if not longer.

Instead of coming and complaining, why not try calling or emailing them (or even contacting on Facebook) to find out the status of your RMA? It isn't like they've had it for two months and you have just been ignored or something. They haven't even had it for two weeks. Give it a little time and relax a bit.

is it normal to send a defect product?
is it normal to wait 14 days for a return label?
is it normal to be oblige to call 2 time to receive this label?

By the way I have allready email/call customer services. they said: " It may take 10-15 business days to completely process "
and if you are not happy we don't care!

sorry if I don't relax with this kind of no service

days after days, no news from archos.

look like I will be oblige to bought a new tablet for my holidays....
