Do you mean you get an error trying to copy it across or when trying to play it?

Hi - A couple of weeks ago, I stumbled upon FREEMAKE VIDEO CONVERTER freeware for windows which has allowed me to resize videos, rip, trim and convert DVDs and video files and much more. I choose a vid file (or DVD), select MP4 from the format choices, then choose TV resolution and MP3 audio, then choose something like "file size not to exceed ---megabytes" which I calculate based on 6.5 megabytes per minute of video, and I have been very happy with the results. Note that I am not connected with FREEMAKE in any way. Google for FREEMAKE VIDEO CONVERTER and you should find their website. Hope this helps - Dan in sunny west Michigan USA
